Specifications:
Appearance: Light yellow granule.
Colistin Sulfate content: 9%-11%

Pharmacology:
Chronic fungicides. A free amino group with positive charge of Colistin can combine with phosphate (with negative charge) of phospholipid which in the membrane of gram-negative bacilli. This will make membrane surface expanded and perneability increased, intracellular phosphate, nucleotides and other components leaked, leading to cell death. Mainly have a strong antibacterial effect on gram-negative bacteria, susceptible strains are E. coli, Enterobacter, Salmonella, Shigella, Proteus, Klebsiella, Pasteur’s bacteria, Vibrio etc.

Indications:
– Antibiotic, used to treat gastro-intestinal diseases caused by gram-negative bacteria. Also has certain growth-promoting effect.

– It has strong anti-bacteria activity against Gram-negative bacteria.
– Low incidence of anti-drug reactions.
– No drug cross-resistance with other antibiotics.
– It cannot be particularly absorbed in alimentary tract. It is highly safe and in lack of residue. It is especially manufactured for healthy foods.
– It promotes growth and increases feed utilization rate.

Usage&Dosage: Mixed feeding.

Precautions:
Forbid using in the laying chicken. No other untoward effects.

Indications:
– Antiprotozoan agent, for the prevention of coccidiosis in poultry.

Pharmacology:
Salinomycin Sodium has a high affinity on the cations, especially on the Na+, K+, Rb+,so that cations outflow from the cells selectively, resulting in the interruption of cations concentration.
Usage&Dosage: Mixed feeding.
Precautions:
– Don’t feed to laying chicken, adult turkeys and horses.
– Don’t use in feeds containing Tiamulin, Oleandomycin and other coccidiostat.

Chlortetracycline content: Not less than 15%

Pharmacology:
Tetracycline antibiotics. A wide antibacterial spectrum and inhibition effect to Gram positive bacteria, Gram negative bacteria, spirochete, Rickettsia, mycoplasma, chlamydia, and some protozoa. Chlortetracycline mainly combines with the A site of 30S subunit of microorganism to interfere the binding of aminoacyl tRNA and 30s subunits, therefore the amino acyl tRNA can not close to the acceptor site of mRNA, so it inhibits the extension of peptide in the protein synthesis. Chlortetracycline can also block the releasing of synthesized protein peptide chain.

Indications:
It has inhibitory effect against Gram negative bacteria and Gram positive bacteria, and promote the growth of pig and chicken.

Precautions:
Forbid using in laying hen.

Pharmacology:
This product belongs to the aminoglycoside antibiotics containing 2-deoxystreptamine structure, which can inhibit the biosynthesis of proteins and thus inhibit and kill the bacteria.

Indications:
-This product has a strong bactericidal effect on Gram-negative bacteria and some Gram-positive bacteria. It has an inhibition to Actinomycetes, Leptospira, and Amoeba.
– This product is commonly used in the treatment and control of enteritis, diarrhea, infectious rhinitis, respiratory tract infections caused by Neomycin Sulfate-resistant bacteria (Escherichia coli, Shigella, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Arizona, Proteus, Bacillus anthracis, Streptococcus, Brucella, Aerogenes).

Usage&Dosage
– Usage One
Mix the product well with drinking water. Recommended Dosage:
Add 35 ppm-70 ppm of Neomycin to the drinking water. That is, add 50 g -100 g of this product to 1000 L of drinking water. Administrate continuously for 3 days -5 days.
– Usage Two
Mix the product well with feed. Recommended Dosage:
Add 70 ppm-140 ppm of Neomycin to the full formula feed. That is, add 100 g -200 g of this product to 1000 kg of the full formula feed. Administrate continuously for 3 days -5 days.
– Usage Three
For per kilogram of animal body weight, oral administrate this product to animal with the usage of 15 mg-25 mg of this product per day and divide the recommended dosage for two same part to take. Administrate continuously for 3 days -5 days.

Precautions:
– It cannot be used in feeds containing bentonite.
– Quinoline coccidiostat are easy to produce drug resistance. It is suggested that this product is only used in the coccidia outbreak peak use. And continuous use is no more than 4 weeks.
